ServvOS combines connected in-restaurant cameras with AI-powered analytics to give operators real-time visibility into service quality, loss prevention, and revenue — across every table, every shift, every location.
ServvOS is a full-stack operations platform built specifically for full-service restaurants. Smart cameras observe your floor. Edge AI classifies behavior. Cloud dashboards turn that signal into the daily playbook your managers actually use.
Greet times, check-backs, table touches, pour consistency — coachable signal, captured automatically every shift, ranked by impact.
Bartender pour audits, voids-after-delivery, drinks-per-guest variance. Catch one sustained pattern and the system pays for itself.
Attach-rate gaps ranked by dollar recovery. Walkaways at the host stand. Section balance during peak. Quantified, location-by-location.
ServvOS works with the cameras you already have, and ships purpose-built sensors for the views that unlock the most signal — overhead bar, host stand, dining sections. Edge processing keeps raw footage on-site.
High-resolution top-down camera optimized for bar pours and dining-section coverage.
4K · 120° FOV · PoE
On-premise inference appliance. Processes video locally — only structured events leave the building.
GPU · 24/7 · ~30W
Plug-and-play uplink for existing IP cameras. Auto-discovers your stack, no rewiring required.
PoE · WiFi 6 · LTE backup
Average install: half a day. Works with most existing camera infrastructure.
Low-light tolerant, vibration resistant, food-service rated.
Continuous, automatic, no manual logging. Events stream as they happen.
ServvOS surfaces what matters at the right altitude: the Daily Brief for floor managers, deep category sections for analysts, multi-location rollups for ownership.
A 90-second pre-shift readout. Today's KPIs, yesterday's wins, the top three coaching priorities — auto-prioritized by dollar impact. Not a metric dump. The one screen your FOH manager opens every morning.
Section-by-section live activity. Table-by-table breakdowns. Host-stand walkaways flagged the moment they happen. Push alerts to the manager's phone — not a report they read after the shift's over.
60+ tracked metrics across 8 categories.
Configurable thresholds. Phone push, SMS, or email.
Per-server scorecards. Coaching log.
Weekly PDFs for ownership. Custom date ranges.
Camera health, uplink status, alerting.
Corporate rollups. Outlier detection across the chain.
Toast, Aloha, Square. CRM workflow hooks.
Notice templates, signage, retention policy.
POS only knows what got typed in. ServvOS knows what actually happened — every greet, every check-back, every pour, every void.
Greet times. Check-back rates. Section touches. Coaching backed by what really happened on the floor.
Bar pours captured continuously. Drinks-per-guest variance flagged in real time. Catch sustained patterns, not isolated incidents.
Voids after delivery. Comp pattern outliers. Cash-drawer activity correlated with server identity.
Attach-rate gaps ranked by dollar recovery. Walkaways at the host stand. Section balance during peak.
Real dine times. Food-window dwell. Server path efficiency. Throughput by daypart.
Door-to-seat time. Walkaways. Party-size verification. Satisfaction proxies you can act on.
Set it up once. Get clarity every shift, automatically.
Half-day deployment. Most existing IP cameras work. Add overhead sensors at the bar and dining sections to unlock full coverage.
Define your zones — bar, host stand, sections, pass. We handle the AI. You get to opinion-drive what each location measures.
Edge AI processes every shift in real time. Detects people, classifies roles, tracks events. Raw video stays on-site.
Daily Brief in the morning. Real-time alerts during service. Weekly trend reports for ownership. Patterns surface, decisions follow.
Loss prevention + service quality + revenue optimization in one platform — not a stack of disconnected point tools.
The drinks-per-guest gap on Table 14 hits the manager's phone during service — not in a report tomorrow.
Servers, sections, tables, host stands. Every metric reflects how full-service restaurants actually run.
No facial recognition. No audio. Behavioral classification only. Edge processing keeps raw footage on-site.
Employee notice templates, signage, handbook language, onboarding acknowledgment flow. Built around CA's rules; works in every state.
Catch one bar-pour pattern, one walkaway trend, or one comp anomaly per quarter — the platform pays for itself.
Every full-service concept runs differently — your camera coverage, location count, integrations, and pilot timeline all shape what makes sense. We'll put together pricing that fits, with no per-camera surcharges and no per-seat fees.
A short call is all it takes to scope what you'd need and what it would cost. Single locations through enterprise chains.
Standard deployment at one full-service location. Everything you need to run the platform end-to-end.
Volume pricing and chain-wide visibility. Built for operators running 2 to 50 locations.
Custom terms, custom integrations, and tailored analytics for national chains and franchise groups.

No. ServvOS classifies behavior — not faces. We don't store biometric identifiers, we don't run face matching, and we explicitly avoid the categories of data that trigger BIPA, CCPA biometric obligations, or similar state laws.
Never. ServvOS captures video only. California's Penal Code §632 (two-party consent for audio) is one of the strictest in the country, and audio adds no value to the metrics we surface, so we leave it out by design.
On-site. The edge compute appliance processes raw footage locally and only structured events (timestamps, zones, classifications) are sent to the cloud. Raw video is retained 24–48 hours by default per our standard data-retention policy.
Usually no. Most existing IP cameras work. We do recommend adding overhead sensors at the bar and over dining sections — that's where drink-tracking metrics get unlocked. Our team confirms compatibility during your free site assessment.
No. ServvOS is built specifically for full-service restaurants — concepts with servers, tables, sections, and tabletop service. Our metrics depend on those operational dynamics. If you run a QSR or fast-casual concept, the metric set won't translate.
About half a day for installation, then a 1–2 week calibration period while we tune zones and thresholds for your specific layout. Managers usually start using the Daily Brief within the first week.
We provide every customer with a compliance toolkit: a plain-English employee notice template, signage for the building, language for your handbook, and an onboarding-acknowledgment flow. We don't activate the system at a location until staff notice is on file.
Solink and Envysion are loss-prevention focused. DTiQ is enterprise QSR. ServvOS sits in the same premium CV-analytics tier on price, but covers loss prevention plus service-quality coaching plus revenue optimization — built specifically for full-service. It's the same category, with a wider operational picture.
